PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform the assembling work when a lower frame and an upper frame are split-formed, and a skin material is integrally formed for the lower section and the upper section; prevent wrinkles from being generated on the skin material on the back surface side of a seat back; and improve the appearance. SOLUTION: One end 41a of a tension member 41 is attached to the rear surface side of the skin material 32 between the lower frame 14 and the upper frame 15 on the back surface side of the bag-shape skin material 32. Then, the other end 41b of the tension member 41 is attached to the rear surface side on the front surface side of the skin material 32. A wire 45 which projects downward is provided at the lower section of the upper frame 15. In a standing state of the upper frame 15, the tension member 41 applies a tension by the wire 45, and a tensile force is applied to the skin material 32 in the front surface side direction. In a forward tilted state of the upper frame 15, the tension by the wire 45 is reduced, and the tensile force of the tension member 41 is made smaller.
