PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately transmit driving torque to a roll without having a delicate adjustment even if a driving piece on a face plate, a main shaft and a roll end part are mutually eccentric. SOLUTION: A pair of holding parts to hold a pair of driving pieces pressing on the horizontal surface of a roll end part respectively and to transmit rotating force to the driving pieces are attached to a face plate, a steel ball is interposed between the driving piece and the holding part, and the driving piece is coupled to the holding part so that it can be tilted to all directions.
