PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a cup holder function to an armrest body while having a function as an armrest, prevent the content of a cup, a drink can or the like from splashing to the outside by vibration or the like during a driving, and keep the inside of a vehicle clean. SOLUTION: In a recess 13 of a seat back 12, the armrest body 30 is turnably provided. On the armrest body 30, a recess 32 for a holder which holds a cup, a drink can or the like is formed. At the upper section of the recess 32 for the holder, a pair of right and left axially supporting sections 34 are formed. The cup holder 40 is housed in the recess 32 for the holder. On both of the right and left sides of the cup holder 40, a turn-supporting section 42, which is pivotally supported by the axially supporting sections 34, is formed. A weight section 44 is formed on the bottom section 40a of the cup holder 40. The cup holder 40 is longitudinally turnably attached in the recess 32 for the holder.
