PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lap holder capable of quickly replacing laps. SOLUTION: A blade 24b capable of changing its position in radial directions is rotated by a shaft coaxial with a fastener 48, and these are brought into mesh with the groove provided in the internal periphery of the circular ring-like skirt section which is arranged outside the blade 24b and extended from a lap. Their staying in mesh prevents the lap from suddenly moving. It is desirable to remove the lap by disengaging the blade 24b by means of a pneumatic drive system, but also made able to manually remove the lap.
