PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve putrefaction resistance while holding excellent sealing performance and liquefaction stability and to prevent clogging of a valve while assuring advantages of preventing a corrosion damage of a steel cord and a stimulus odor due to an ammonia. SOLUTION: A deproteinized natural rubber latex contains a resin adhesive, an ethylene glycol and a surfactant. The contents of the latex, the adhesive, the glycol and the surfactant in the entire weight of a puncture sealing agent are respectively, 40 to 60 wt.%, 20 to 30 wt.%, 20 to 40 wt.% and 0.4 to 2.0 wt.%. The surfactant contains at least one of an ammonium laurate and a triethanolamine laurate.
