<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease waste products and to make a scenery material for improving life environment by effectively utilizing the increasing waste products and unused resources. SOLUTION: This method for producing a burnt block for scenery comprises using a raw material comprising three materials of 10-45 wt.% of the waste products of ceramics obtained by burning potteries having <=10 wt.% water absorption, 30-60 wt.% of a mica and 5-30 wt.% of a clayey material as essential components in an amount of >=85 wt.%, carrying out mixing, forming and burning, adding a sintering additive if necessary and then obtaining the burnt block for scenery having >=200 kgf/cm2 compressive strength.</p> |
