摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a gas-liquid contact apparatus for bringing a liquid to be treated absorbing a target substance in gas to be treated into contact with the gas to be treated and a related machinery thereof. SOLUTION: A contraction part (a throttle part wherein a plurality of attachments installed inside such as flat plates or restriction matters are arranged in a gas-liquid contact apparatus in order to narrow the cross-sectional area in the horizontal direction of an absorbing tower) generating a contraction in the flow of gas to be treated is provided in the absorbing tower of the gas- liquid contact apparatus for bringing a liquid to be treated absorbing a target substance in gas to be treated into contact with the gas to be treated and is constituted so that the liquid to be treated and the gas to be treated flow as a gas-liquid mixed stream. The liquid to be treated flowing through the contraction part as the gas-liquid mixed stream is divided by the fluid force of the gas to be treated and the articulation of the liquid to be treated is accelerated to absorb the target substance in the gas to be treated by the liquid to be treated.</p>
