PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that a film passing through a mandrel is hardly caught by a bottle. SOLUTION: A protrusion 4 is formed at parts where the folds F of the film on the front side and the back side of a cylindrical body pass. When the film F passes through the mandrel 1, the folds F are stretched by the protrusions 4 of the mandrel 1 and consequently, the shape of the film F passing through the mandrel 1 is nearly cylindrical. Thus the film F is hardly caught by the bottle. |
