PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gusset bag and a gusset bag with a pour-out device with improved self-supporting stability by making it easy to form a plane on a bottom when contents are housed. SOLUTION: The gusset bag has a bottom forming heat-bonded part formed by interposing two folding plates with an approximate chevron-shaped cross section between an upper face plate and a rear face plate, heat-bonding a periphery by a top heat-bonded part, a bottom heat-bonded part and ridge heat-bonded parts, and also heat-bonding internal faces to each other from the bottom heat- bonded part slantly upward to the ridge heat-bonded parts. In this case, it comprises a folding means provided on at least one of side triangular regions including an upper face plate side triangular region formed of the upper face plate, the bottom heat-bonded part of the folding plate, the ridge heat-bonded part and the bottom forming heat-bonded part, and a rear face plate side triangular region formed of the rear face plate, the bottom heat-bonded part of the folding plate, the ridge heat-bonded part and the bottom forming heat-bonded part.
