PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalytically coated film for resins which is free of a failure of external appearance due to the generation of a gas from a resin material and can maintain the hydrophilic function by renewal of the photocatalytically coated film and has high antifouling properties, self-cleaning properties, and an ensured field of view while retaining hydrophilicity. SOLUTION: The photocatalytically coated film for resins has a two-layer film structure composed of a highly durable film which has been provided with a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive processing exclusive to resins and a photocatalytically coated film which has been provided with a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive processing.
