PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot plate which prevents the diffusing and splashing of the oil smoke produced during cooking using heat in food preparation of the food prepared by heating and also prevents the diffusion of the smells of the oil smoke produced from the food prepared by heating. SOLUTION: A main body case is internally provided with a smoke suction passage for the oil smoke to be sucked by a smoke sucking means and this smoke suction passage is provided with a smoke removing filter for removing the oil smoke and an ozone generator for removing the smells of the oil smoke, respectively.
