<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treatment device which is capable of reducing odorous substance concentration in discharged air without requiring any cost of additional parts such as deodorizing device by, when odorous substances generated in a garbage decomposition process are discharged, mixing air containing the odorous substances with outside air in order to dilute the air containing the odorous substances and to discharge the diluted air containing the odorous substances. SOLUTION: The treatment process using this treatment device comprises introducing garbage into a garbage treatment vessel 1 packed with a garbage treating material to subject the introduced garbage to decomposition treatment. In the treatment device, and air exhaust fan 3 for sucking air containing moisture and odorous substances, being inside the garbage treatment vessel 1, from an air suction port 2 and exhausting the air to the outside, is placed and also an air exhaust spacer 4 for the intake of air other than the air inside the garbage treatment vessel 1 is placed on the side of the air suction port 2 of the air exhaust fan 3, to dilute the air inside the treatment vessel 1 with the intake air from the air exhaust spacer 4 and to exhaust the diluted air.</p> |
