PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide resin composition where yellowing resistance is imparted to a polyamide resin and also such various forms as pellets, film, fiber, powder and aqueous dispersions are applicable. SOLUTION: This polyamide resin composition is prepared by employing an ammonium compound in order to impart yellowing resistance to the polyamide resin and is made of a mixture of the polyamide resin with the ammonium compound. The polyamide resin composition preferably comprises the mixture consisting of 99.99-50 pts.wt. of the polyamide resin and 0.01-50 pts.wt. of the ammonium compound. An ammonium salt of a sulfate, an ammonium salt of a carboxylic acid, an ammonium salt of a sulfonic acid, an ammonium salt of a phosphoric ester and an inorganic ammonium salt are preferably used as the ammonium compound.
