PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper discharge device having a simple structure and a low cost, resistance to curling of paper, and high reliability. SOLUTION: This paper discharge device comprises a paper discharge roller 200 for discharging the paper to a rear end fence 19 of a stable tray 21 for aligning and stocking the paper P, and a guide roller 200 with at least same diameter as the paper discharge roller and disposed on a rotation shaft 210 coaxial to the paper discharge roller 200 while a part of the guide roller 200 is eccentric so as to project from the outer periphery of the paper discharge roller 200.
