PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a miniaturized sludge water flocculating device reduced in cost. SOLUTION: The sludge water S1 transferred to a measuring tank 13 is allowed to overflow a weir and sent into a mixing tank 6 through an inlet opening 7, a flocculating is injected into the tank 6, and the sludge water S2 and flocculant in the tank 6 are agitated by an impeller 11 to flocculate the sludge water. In this case, the mixing tank 6 and measuring tank 13 are integrated to miniaturize the whole structure and to reduce cost.
