PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive device and method of carrying and measuring a powder. SOLUTION: The device of carrying a powder material via a pipe system by using an air pressure, wherein a carried material is sucked in a pressure reduced condition and discharged in a pressurized condition to be fed to a farther point, comprises at least one measuring chamber 14 provided in the pipe system. The chamber 14 repeats filling and discharge alternately by using a controller for measurement of the powder material Q. One side of the measuring chamber 14 is connected with a gas pressurization conduit 20 and a suction pipe 24 via a filter 16 and the other side is connected to a supply conduit 28 and a discharge conduit 32.
