PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain coating films having both a strong glitter effect and a three-dimensional effect that have never existed. SOLUTION: A powdered colors composition contains a glass flake pigment and a water-soluble resin as the essential components with an amount of the glass flake pigment of 4-95 wt.% based on the entire amount of the powdered colors composition.
