PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support of a lithographic printing plate having a new hydrophilic layer, with which a printing scumming is hard to develop. SOLUTION: This support of the lithographic printing plate has following components (a) and (b) on a board. Concretely, the component (a) is the colloid of the oxide or the hydroxide of at least one element selected from the group consisting of beryllium, magnesium, aluminum, silicon, titanium, boron, germanium, tin, zirconium, iron, vanadium, antimony and transition metals. And, the component (b) is a single polymer of a hydroxyalkylmethacrylate or a hydroxyalkylacrylate or their copolymer. |
