PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying system and method between clean rooms, using a pneumatic tube between the clean rooms for receiving a signal from a pneumatically carried material by a rising receiver. SOLUTION: This carrying system between the clean rooms, wherein the pneumatic tube is extended from a transmission side clean room to a reception side clean room, a pneumatically carried material is charged into the pneumatic tube and a signal therefrom is received at the reception side clean room, comprises a rising receiver arranged in the reception side clean room for receiving the signal from the pneumatically carried material held in an air sealed manner and air exhaust means arranged in the pneumatic tube behind the rising receiver for sucking air from the pneumatic tube at a low quantity of air when starting transmitting and finishing receiving the signal from the pneumatically carried material.
