PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition with no spillage when applied, capable of intensely and uniformly decoloring keratin fiber. SOLUTION: This composition for decoloring keratin fiber is obtained by including, in a medium suitable for decoloration, at least one oxidizing agent and a combination of (a) a 1st polyurethane polyether produced by polycondensation between (i) at least one polyethylene glycol containing 50-500 mol of ethylene oxide, (ii) at least one 8-30C aliphatic alcohol and (iii) at least one diisocyanate with (b) a 2nd polyurethane polyether produced by polycondensation between (i) at least one polyethylene glycol containing 50-500 mol of ethylene oxide, (ii) at least one 8-30C aliphatic alcohol other than the above-mentioned 8-30C aliphatic alcohol and (iii) at least one diisocyanate.
