PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwaway diaper which can be easily attached or detached has repeatedly usable junction means for attaching and detaching, has an excellent wearing property, and which can be easily thrown away. SOLUTION: A fastening tape for putting and holding a diaper body on a user comprises a mechanical fastening system composed of a hook and loop materials, the fastening tapes each having the hook material are installed on both side edge parts of a back sheet of the diaper body, a sheet having the loop material is disposed as a separate body from a top sheet at a back sheet side end part center zone, and in throwing a way this diaper, it is rounded from the abdomen side of the diaper body, with the sheet having the loop material pulled onto the back sheet of the diaper having the sheet with the loop material rounded, so the hook materials of the fastening tapes are engaged with the loop materials thereby diaper body is enclosed and fixed.
