PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural mulch sheet enabling changeover from suppressing soil temperature to heat insulation at a good working efficiency and also at a low cost. SOLUTION: A paper sheet is subjected to pseudo adhesion onto a plastic substrate sheet having >=80% light transmittance at the wavelength of 800 nm in order to adjust the light transmittance of the mulch sheet at the wavelength of 800 nm to <=10%.
