PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which can suitably be utilized as a skin material for automotive interiors, comprises an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer having excellent moldability, heat resistance, mechanical properties, tensile characteristics, elastic recovery, impact resilience, and so on, and has excellent grain retaining property, when subjected to a vacuum forming treatment, especially a convex vacuum forming treatment. SOLUTION: This sheet comprising the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer which comprises an olefinic resin and an olefinic copolymer rubber and satisfies that a grain retention rate expressed by the rate (percent) of a grain depth after a convex vacuum forming treatment to a grain depth before the convex vacuum forming treatment satisfies the following expression (1): a grain retention rate (%) >=100-2.0×(T-120)...(1) (T is the temperature of the sheet on the convex vacuum forming treatment), when the grain-having sheet produced from the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer is subjected to the convex vacuum forming treatment at least a sheet temperature of 130 to 150 deg.C.
