PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and strong auxiliary heat insulation pot made of titanium with a heat insulation property capable of heating a filled object even at the time of being carried. SOLUTION: In this heat insulation pot provided with a vacuum double bottle 2 equipped inside an outer container 1, the titanium or a titanium alloy is used for the material of the vacuum double bottle 2 and an electromagnetic wave generation part 3 disposed near the vacuum double bottle 2 for which a temperature sensor 3a and a temperature control part 3b are electrically connected and a connection part 4 for a power source for supplying the power of a commercial power source to the electromagnetic wave generation part 3 are arranged. Further, an interior battery 5 for supplying the power to the electromagnetic wave generation part 3 is equipped.
