PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computerized optotype reading management apparatus which is used for visual acuity inspection and particularly relates to the optotype management technique for an infant user and an optotype reading management data stored computer readable recording medium. SOLUTION: The optotype reading management apparatus applied to infantile visual acuity inspection by a programmed computer consists of an output means for reading to the recording medium in which optotype management data are stored, a main body for the same, an input device, an external connector, and a means which forms a optotype table by a program, the optotype codes selected from this optotype table in an infant user file, an optotype reading data region, the optotype codes selected from the optotype table in an optotype reading data file and a optotype reading data region on a memory and in which the respective optotype reading data are stored in a corresponding pointer region between the user file and the optotype reading data file.
