PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail repairing work bench for a passenger conveyer allowing easy and quick installation of the handrail repairing work bench to a guide rail and allowing easy and quick fixing of the handrail onto a work board. SOLUTION: In this bench, a fixing means 3 fixing the handrail part 5 onto the work board 2 has a first toggle clamp 3A with a toggle mechanism; a first handle 3B provided in the first toggle clamp 3A; and a press part 6 provided in an action part 3A3, pressing the handrail part 5. A retention means 4 pinching a guide rail 7 to retain the work board 2 on the guide rail 7 has a second toggle clamp 4A with a toggle mechanism; a second handle 4B provided in the second toggle clamp 4A; a movable retention part 4C provided in an action part 4A5, moving parallel to the work board 2; and a fixing retention part 4D facing the movable retention part 4C through the guide rail 7.
