PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of improving throughput and preventing occurrence of a jam. SOLUTION: An image forming part 52 forms an image on sheets 5, 20, 28, a heat treating part 53 treats the sheets 5, 20 with the image formed thereon by heat treating, and a changeover means 10 inserts only the sheets 5, 20 requiring the heat treatment into a first sheet conveying passage R1 having the heat treating part 53 and insets the sheet 28 requiring no heat treatment into a second conveying passage R2 branched from the downstream part of the heat treating part 53 of the first sheet conveying passage R1.
