PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swimming practicing aid that can be held by thighs and the like of a person practicing swimming easily, is hard to slip away from the thighs and the like by which it is held, permits breathing practice and the practice of movement of arm parts or the upper half body part and the like in the state in which the lower half body part and the like are relaxed, and is easy to store and keep at low cost. SOLUTION: A swimming practicing aid A in the shape of a life buoy has the first bag part Ab serving to be pinched and held by leg parts B' and the like and the second bag part Aa and the third bag part Ac provided in both sides of the first bag part Ab, and it has a constitution that each of the bag parts Aa, Ab and Ac communicates with each other to allow inside air to move among each bag part.
