MANUAL TYPE WET TOWEL PREPARING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual type wet towel preparing device capable of inserting perforations for separation sectioned for each wet towel unit and supplying a wet towel to which appropriate moisture is attached without the need of power source equipment and city water equipment. SOLUTION: A cam shaft is rotated once by swinging down a manual lever and a sheet material 4 is delivered for a fixed length by driving a delivery roll 10 during the rotation of a fixed angle range in one rotation of the cam shaft. Water is jetted from a jetting port 32 by turning a positive displacement pump 34 to a discharge process during the delivery and the perforations 6 for the separation are inserted to the sheet material 4 by a perforation inserting device 20 while the delivery of the sheet material 4 is stopped.
