SYNTHETIC RESIN FILM BALOON WITH THIN LAYER, ON OUTER SURFACE OF WHICH PRINTING WITH AQUEOUS INK IS POSSIBLE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin film balloon with a thin layer formed on the surface to make good printing using a printer for the computer on a balloon made of a material such as nylon. SOLUTION: A thin layer on which printing with aqueous ink is possible is formed on the surface of a synthetic resin film balloon using polyvinyl acetate emulsion, water-soluble polymer composed of water and potato starch, fatty binder and white pigment. The layer is composed of a lower layer made by an emulsion formed by thin layer material including the fatty binder and the white pigment, and an upper layer made by an emulsion formed by thin layer material including polyvinyl acetate emulsion and water and starches. These thin layer materials are coated on the surface of the balloon in the order of the lower layer and the upper layer to form a thin layer on which printing with aqueous ink is possible.
