PURPOSE: A protecting net is provided to reduce danger and construction costs and to improve the appearance of a building. CONSTITUTION: A protecting net for a construction comprises many supporting bars(10) installed in every layer of a building at specific intervals; steel wire members(20) having length adjustors(21) to increase or decrease a length by installing in each supporting bar(10); nets(30) combined with the steel wire members(20) through many connecting rings(31); and many horizontal nets in the supporting bars(10). The supporting bars(10) are installed outside the building. Then, the nets(30) to be installed the steel wire members(20) at regular intervals are installed inside the building.
