PURPOSE: An ultrasonic probe using conductive epoxy is provided to increase the earth area for increasing the earth force by surrounding an outer part of the ultrasonic sensor with conductive epoxy, thereby reducing the sensor noise and the external noise, lightening the weight of the probe and increasing the stability with respect to the external impact. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic probe using conductive epoxy includes a molding part(6) which molds the whole inside of a metal case(5), a second earth line(9) of which both ends are connected to a first earth line(7) and the inside of the case, and a third earth line(9') of which both ends are connected to the first earth line and the molding part, wherein the molding part is formed of conductive epoxy.
