PURPOSE: A sound insulation improved prefabricated wall panel is provided to improve the assembling property and the soundproof property by inserting baumlites inside a wall and forming a gripping plate in the center of a stud. CONSTITUTION: Fixing plane portions(11a,11b) are formed in a stud. The center of the stud is folded at the width of baumlites to install the baumlites. Sound insulator plates(14a) are formed by folding side portions(13a,13b). The sound insulator plates are symmetrized by inserting the baumlites in the side portions and folding at a right angle. Thereby, protruding portions of the sound insulator plates supports the sides of the baumlites by pressurizing. The supporting force is increased by folding the sound insulator plates at a right angle to the baumlites.
