PURPOSE: A device for displaying and converting a program data is provided to prevent an error in reading/writing addresses and data of an electronic controller and an interface board from a dual port RAM. CONSTITUTION: An interface board of an electronic controller contains a CPU(21) and an EPROM(23) connected to two dual port RAMs(24,25) by data lines. A SC2 signal of the CPU is applied to a CE bar of the EPROM. A CS0 signal of the CPU is inputted to a CEL bar of the dual port RAM(24) and input terminals of NAND gate(G1) and AND gate(G2) of a switching unit(26). Moreover, a CS1 signal of the CPU is inputted to the CEL bar of the dual port RAM(24), a CEL bar of the dual port RAM(25), and the input terminal of the NAND gate of the switching unit. Moreover, an output terminal of the NAND gate of the switching unit is connected to the input terminal of the AND gate, and an output terminal of the AND gate of the switching unit is connected to the CEL bar of the dual port RAM(25).
