PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of fishing net and the structure of the fishing net are provided to be capable of minimizing the sizes of knots and removing the twisting problems of wires to minimize the friction with water as well as controlling the gaps between the knots by controlling the clearance of a drive drum. CONSTITUTION: A drive drum(3) is mounted on a shaft of a drive gear(2) driving needles(7) forming a knot of the fishing net to be rotated together with a drive shaft. A zigzag type guide groove(3a) is formed on an outer circumference of the drive drum(3), and is coupled to one end of an arm(4), which other end is connected to a cam(6) fixed to one side of a transverse rod(5') of a rack gear(5) to reciprocate the rack gear(5). The needles(7) are engaged with a spur gear(8) mounted on a shaft, and are swung by the reciprocation of the rack gear(5) to form the knots.
