PURPOSE: A method for transmitting an e-mail is provided to anonymously transmit the e-mail to a transmitter, and to transmit an answer relating to the anonymous e-mail to the transmitter, so as to secure an anonymity of the e-mail, and to trace the transmitter to prevent an abuse of an anonymity use. CONSTITUTION: A system inputs an e-mail from a transmitter(S2). The system changes an ID of the transmitter existing in a header within the e-mail into a representative ID(S5). The system adds an optional mail identification code to the e-mail(S6). The system transmits the e-mail of the transmitter having the mail identification code and the representative ID to a receiver.
