PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooling a liquid crystal panel of a liquid crystal projector is provided to reduce the noise when cooling the liquid crystal panel by vibrating a periphery of a liquid crystal panel to generate an air flow. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cooling a liquid crystal panel(46b) of a liquid crystal projector comprises the first vibrating source(61) for generating an air flow in at least one side of the liquid crystal panel(46b) to cool the liquid crystal panel(46b). The first vibrating source(61) is installed at a lower portion of the liquid crystal panel(46b) positioned in an optical route which is separately formed by a plurality of optical lens and an optical filter. The first reflective member(65) is installed opposite to the first vibrating source(61) so as to reflect the sound wave generated from the first vibrating source(61). The second vibrating source(62) is installed in parallel to the first vibrating source(61). In addition, the second reflective member(66) is provided to reflect the sound wave generated from the second vibrating source(62).
