PURPOSE: A method for questionnaire in a group through an Internet network is provided to secure anonymity of members in a group being constructed in a web and to state an opinion to a group and to estimate the other members. CONSTITUTION: A member receives a mail from a mail server and replies to a question investigation. That is, if the member inputs one's ID and password(S21), the mail server informs that a mail is stored. As a result, if the member receives a mail(S22), the web server transmits screen information of a response document to the member in accordance with information from a response form generator(S23). The member replies to the question in accordance with the response document on the screen, and the response form generator provides information of a response document being responded to other question to the web server whenever the member replies to the question(S24). Thus, the member performs a response to each question to other response document(S25). The result responded by the member is stored in a response database(13) through the web server(S26).
