PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect a base station with a high possibility of being abnormal in a radio communication system for performing radio communication between the base station and a mobile station. SOLUTION: A mobile station 101 is provided with an electric field strength measurement part 102 for measuring the electric field strength of the plural base stations, and an electric field strength reporting part 103 for reporting the measured data to a control station 105. The control station 105 is provided with a base station position information storage part 106 for storing the position information of all the base stations, a radio zone overlapping area decision part 107 for retrieving the positions of plural base stations reported from the mobile station 101 from the base station position information storage part 106 and for obtaining an area where the radio zones of base stations are overlapped, and an abnormal base station judgement part 108 for checking whether or not the base station not reported from the mobile station 101 is present in the overlapping area of the radio zones by referring to the base station position information storage part 106 and for outputting the possibility of being abnormal of the base station when it is present. |
