PURPOSE: A tightening tool with a dual nut is provided to separately use a first and a second nut for a light work and a heavy work, to be used for many functions with little force, to reduce a producing cost in simple structure and to semi-permanently used by minimizing the abrasion of a driving portion. CONSTITUTION: During a light work, a first nut(6) is rotated and stuck to a first division wall(8). Then, the first nut engaged with a nut(18) tightly holds a tool without sliding by being contacted with two faces(3) of an inserting frame(1) and a fixing frame(2). The lower portion of a bolt(4) supports the first division wall. During a heavy work, a second nut(7) is rotatively stuck to a second division wall(9) and then the backward force of the first nut and the forward force of the second nut are concentrated on the two division walls. Finally, force stops spreading and the tool is tightly held.
