摘要 PURPOSE: A method for fixing a prism of a liquid crystal projection device is provided to uniformly and rapidly radiate an ultraviolet ray through a wall of the prism and to securely fix the prism by using an optic fiber. CONSTITUTION: A prism(42) is fixed by a prism base(43) and a prism top(41). The prism top(41) is formed with at least one hole for radiating the ultraviolet ray. An adhesive surface(44) is formed at the prism base(43). An ultraviolet curing adhesive is injected to the adhesive surface(44) by using a dispenser. Then, the prism(42) is placed on the adhesive surface(44). After that, an optic fiber is fixed to the prism(42). When the ultraviolet ray is radiated through the optic fiber, the ultraviolet ray is radiated into the prism top(41) formed with the adhesive, so the adhesive is cured so that the prism(42) is fixed to the prism top(41).
