PURPOSE: A method for an electronic commerce of a small amount is provided to make an advance payment method and an off-line process possible and to make a certification using only a hash function. CONSTITUTION: A user transmits one's actual information to a CA and requests a PID(S31). The CA confirms the user's information and provides a PID and a PID certification document(S32). The user pays an amount to be purchased to a broker with the PID and the PID certification document(S33). The broker provides an amount creation range certification document and a public price certification document corresponded to the paid amount by hashing the PID and the PID certification document using a BCA_key(S34). The user connects to an Internet home page of a commodity provider and selects a commodity and creates a token corresponded to electronic money of the paid amount(S35). The created order sheet is transmitted(S36). An effective property of a token consumption amount is checked through one's DB and the amount creation range certification document(S37). The commodity provider provides the corresponding commodity to the customer(S38). The commodity provider returns tokens collected in the broker for a deposit(S39). The broker deposits the corresponding amount in an account of the commodity provider(S40).
