PURPOSE: A washing tub in a washing machine and a producing method thereof in a washer are provided to simplify structure by integrally forming an upper tub, a lower tub, and a support frame with insert inject-mold method, to improve workability and productivity by reducing working time, and to minimize error caused by assemble tolerance of each structure. CONSTITUTION: An upper tub(1) and a support frame(3) is located on a mold produced th shape of a lower tub(2). Then, a lower end of the upper tub is installed in an upper end of the lower tub by injecting molten resin. Moreover, a leg unit(3a) of the support frame is mounted on the lower end of the lower tub. Plural holes(1a) are formed in the circumferential direction of the lower end inserted into the lower tub to reinforce the supporting force actuated in a shaft direction between the upper and lower tubs. Therein, the upper tub and the support frame are inserted into the mold to insert the molten resin, and the lower tub is integrally molded to form a washing tub. The supporting force between the upper tub and the lower tub is added to the resin attaching force of an interior between the upper and lower tubes. Thereby, the shaft direction supporting force between the upper tub and the lower tub is reinforced by increasing supporting force through the hole and the resin material. |
