PRECURSOR DRUG OF GAMMA-VINYL- GAMMA-AMINOBUTYRIC ACID, PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF, AND EPILEPSY TREATING COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: The precursor drug of gamma-vinyl- gamma-aminobutyric acid, its producing method, and an epilepsy treating composition containing the same are provided. Therefore, the epilepsy treating composition having improved efficacy and lowered side-effects can be produced. CONSTITUTION: The precursor drug of gamma-vinyl- gamma-aminobutyric acid is represented by formula (1), in which A can be one of radicals represented by formula (2), (3), (4) or (5), wherein R1 is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl. The method for producing compound of formula (1) comprises the steps of: reacting compound of formula (6) with BOC-ON to produce compound of formula (7); coupling the compound of formula (7) with AH to produce compound of formula (8); and deprotecting the compound of formula (8) to produce the desired compound of formula (1).
