PURPOSE: A power generating apparatus using the magnetic force is provided to simplify the structure by minimizing the components and to increase the rotation speed by minimizing the total weight. CONSTITUTION: The power generating apparatus comprises an upper fixing plate(2), a lower fixing plate(3), a rotatable plate(4), a plurality of rotatable magnets(5), a plurality of the first fixed magnets(6), a plurality of the second fixed magnets(7), a plurality of magnetization protective components(8), and a separation protective component(9). The circular type upper fixing plate has a shaft hole on its center position, a safe bearing receipt groove(22) for inserting the bearing(10), and a bearing fixing plate(11) fixed by bolt(12). The connection units(23) are formed around the outer circumference of the upper fixing plate and a plurality of fixing holes are formed to fix the fixed magnets and a plurality of fixing holes are formed to fix the magnetization protective components. The circular type lower fixing plate has a shaft hole on its center position, a safe bearing receipt groove for inserting the bearing, and a bearing fixing plate(11) fixed by bolt(12). The connection units(32) are formed around the outer circumference of the upper fixing plate and a plurality of fixing holes are formed to fix the second fixed magnets(9) and a plurality of fixing holes are formed to fix the magnetization protective components. A rotary shaft(18) is vertically inserted into the rotatable plate.
