PURPOSE: A sanitary kitchen board for cooking is provided to be light and durable by using polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary kitchen board is made of polyurethane in which isocyanate is reacted with a mixture mixed with polyol and diol at a ratio of 1: 0.2 to 0.4. The average molecular weight of the polyol and the diol is 1000 to 3000 units. The polyol is (PTMG)(HO-(-CH2CH2CH2CH2-O)NH) and the diol is 1,4-HOCH2CH2CH2CH2OH. The isocyanate is 4,4-MDI,OCN-Ph-CH2-Ph-NCO. Thus, the sanitary kitchen board is light and durable.
