ELECTRO LUMINESCENT DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electro luminescent display device and method for manufacturing the same is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying the process for manufacturing thick film insulating layer. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of forming the first electrode layer(24) into a predetermined pattern onto a transparent substrate(20); the second step of forming a thin film insulation layer(28) onto the first electrode layer; the third step of forming a fluorescent layer(22) onto the thin film insulation layer; the fourth step of forming a thick film insulation layer(30) onto the fluorescent layer; the fifth step of forming the second electrode layer onto the thick film insulation layer; and the sixth step of forming an ion penetration prevention layer(34) onto the fluorescent layer. The fourth step includes the steps of attaching the thick film insulation layer onto the transparent substrate where the first electrode layer and the thin film insulation layer are formed; and solidifying the attached thick film insulation layer. The thick film insulation layer is attached by a roll pressing using a roller(32).
