PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel cleaning device capable of easily and rapidly cleaning LED lamps arranged in a dot matrix form at a road information board, etc. SOLUTION: This cleaning device is provided with a cleaning brush 1 which is formed by implanting the hairs 11...11 of the brush at a brush base 10 at the pitch corresponding to the arrangement pitch of the LED lamps of the road information board, etc., and a driving means 2 which supports this brush base 10 and imparts rotational motion or reciprocating motion to the cleaning brush 1. The hair tips of the brush are brought into contact with the head parts of the LED lamps existing deep in the louver of the information board and the motion, such as rotation, is applied to the entire part of the brush, by which the stains due to black soot, etc., of a hydrocarbon base sticking to the head parts of the LED lamps are physically removed. Cleaning is executed by using the cleaning brush set with the pitch in the transverse direction of the hairs of the brush at half the arrangement pitch of the LED lamps when the road information board, etc., installed with the wide angle louvers are going to be cleaned. |
