METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COPOLYMERIZATION POLYESTER RESIN PELLET FOR INJECTION MOLDING

PURPOSE: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing copolymerization polyester resin pellet for injection molding to improve injection molding property of copolymerization polyester resin with low crystallization through surface friction. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing copolymerization polyester resin pellet for injection molding is characterized by processing copolymerization polyester with glass transition temperature of 65deg.C or more and recrystallization exothermic quantity of below 2J/g to pellet shape; making L value to 57 or more and maximum length to 1.2-10mm by rubbing the surface of pellet. The surface friction of pellet is executed by using apparatus being composed of input hole(1) to input pellet, cylinder(3) to remain inputted pellet, screw(2) to generate friction of pellet, outlet(4) to discharge pellet and driving gear(5) to rotate screw.
