PURPOSE: A method for preparing a database about a production process of the Korean industry standard valve manufacturing factory is provided to classify and manage data by a structured database automatically without managing the data processing of a valve producing process by hand. CONSTITUTION: A person in charge classifies data in a structured database before a data are inputted(A02). The classified data are divided into an automatic creation and a manual creation in accordance with a selection of the person in charge. If a data preparing method is selected by the automatic creation out of the divided data, the person in charge is introduced to input data(A03). A folder name is designated by inputting basic data(A04). The person in charge inputs the data in detail(A05). Related data are called for referring and quoting the related data necessary to input data(A06). Internet information is shared out of the referring contents of the related data using the Internet(A07).
